HANDYMAN PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS AND REGULATIONS:
OUR HANDYMAN PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO PROTECT BOTH CUSTOMER AND COMPANY, CUSTOMERS ARE ABLE TO BUDGET THEMSELVES ON A DAY TO DAY, HOUR TO HOUR BASIS. CUSTOMERS SEEM TO LIKE THIS BETTER BECAUSE THERE ARE NO SURPRISES, CUSTOMERS ONLY PAY FOR TIME AND MATERIAL. MATERIAL RECEIPTS WILL BE ATTACHED TO THE CONTRACT AND WILL BE REIMBURSED BY THE CUSTOMER. THE CONTRACT FOR THE HOURLY HANDYMAN PROGRAM IS VERY ORGANIZED AND REQUIRES DAILY SIGNATURES APPROVING OF ALL WORK COMPLETED FOR THAT DAY.  WE ASK THAT THE CUSTOMER PURCHASE ALL FINISH MATERIALS UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON. WE ALSO OFFER SHOPPING SUPPORT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TROUBLE FINDING PRODUCTS OR NEED HELP WITH DELIVERY. WE ASK THAT CUSTOMERS MAKE A PROJECT LIST, ONCE WE ARRIVE, ACCORDING TO CUSTOMERS BUDGET, WE CAN COMPLETE EVERYTHING ON THE LIST OR TAKE PROJECTS OFF. CUSTOMERS ARE IN FULL CONTROL OF THEIR HOMES AND THEIR BUDGET. IT IS COMPANY POILCY THAT SOMEONE BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES TO SEE PROJECT THROUGH.  A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE THE START OF ANY PROJECT UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON. WORK ORDERS MUST BE SETTLED UP AT THE END OF EACH WEEK.

AS FOR ESTIMATES, WE CAN SCHEDULE ESTIMATES OR CUSTOMERS CAN SEND US AN EMAIL CONTAINING INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR PROJECT ALONG WITH MEASUREMENTS AND PICTURES, AND THEN WE CAN CONTACT THE CUSTOMER WITH A RANGE.  WE DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE TO COME OUT TO DO AN ESTIMATE. ESTIMATES ARE ONLY A BALL PARK, THEY ARE NOT AN EXACT FIGURE.

BY SIGNING THIS PROPOSAL/ CONTRACT, THE CUSTOMER AGREES/ OBLIGATES THEMSELVES TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ALL WORK INCLUDED/LABELED IN PROPOSAL UNTIL PROJECT IS FINISHED, UNLESS AN UNCONTROLLED OCCURRENCE HAPPENS. (EXAMPLE: NATURAL DISASTER, LEGITIMATE PROBABLE CAUSE, " WITHIN REASON", ANYTHING THAT THE COMPANY IS COMPLETELY UNAWARE OF WHEN THE WORK IS BEING DONE OR ANY UNDOCUMENTED REASONS, ETC......)

IF AN UNCONTROLLED / UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCE HAPPENS THE CONTRACTOR WILL DRAW UP A MODIFICATION FORM TO MODIFY ANY AND ALL EXISTING ORDERS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE EXISTING PROPOSAL/CONTRACT. (*NOTE: DETAILS OF EXACT WORK AND ALL THAT WILL BE DONE WILL BE INCLUDED /ATTACHED TO EXISTING PROPOSAL / CONTRACT. IF WORK IS NOT ENTAILED IN EXISTING PROPOSAL/CONTRACT THAT WORK WILL NOT BE DONE UNLESS MODIFICATION FORM IS SIGNED AND WORK IS ADDED.)

THE LICENSED CONTRACTOR, OR AND CITY, AND OR STATE, WILL DETERMINE THE LEGITIMACY OF OCCURRENCES AND SOLUTIONS IF NECESSARY.

BY SIGNING THIS PROPOSAL/CONTRACT, THE CUSTOMER ALSO AGREES/OBLIGATES THEMSELVES TO A 65% DOWNPAYMENT OF ENTIRE EXPECTED TOTAL OF WORK ORDER/PROPOSAL.

CUSTOMER ALSO AGREES THAT ONCE DOWNPAYMENT IS PAID, IF CUSTOMER DECIDES  NOT TO HAVE WORK DONE AND WANTS REIMBURSEMENT THERE WILL BE A 10% FEE OF TOTAL DOWNPAYMENT  PLUS ANY AND ALL MATERIALS PURCHASED BY THE COMPANY FOR THIS PROJECT. MATERIALS RECEIPTS WILL BE ATTACHED TO PROPOSAL/CONTRACT.

COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE TO FULFILL ALL WORK ORDERS AT CUSTOMER SATISFACTORY AND IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER BY ABIDING TO EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT.
CUSTOMER/TRUSTEE OF CUSTOMER MUST BE PRESENT AT TIME OF WORK. COMPANY WILL NOT PROVIDE SERVICES UNLESS TO SOMEONE APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER IS THERE TO OVERSEE ALL WORK BEING DONE.
(*NOTE: IF CUSTOMER DECIDES TO HAVE A TRUSTEE, SIGNATURE OF TRUSTEE WILL BE REQUIRED AS CUSTOMER SIGNATURE)

PAYMENT MUST BE RENDERED IN FULL BY CUSTOMER/ TRUSTEE OF CUSTOMER AT TIME OF PROJECT IS FINISHED UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE BY COMPANY.
ALL PROJECTS ARE DONE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE WORK SCHEDULE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND COMPANY.

COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHOOSING OR PURCHASING ANY AND ALL FINISHED MATERIALS FOR PROJECTS.  COMPANY WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HELPING/GUIDING CUSTOMERS THROUGH PURCHASING FINISHED MATERIALS IF NEEDED OR NECESSARY. COMPANY ONLY PURCHASES/PROVIDES ALL EQUIPMENT/ROUGH MATERIALS/SEALANTS FOR ALL INSTALLS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE AND DOCUMENTED BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND COMPANY. 
COMPANY WILL PICK UP/HAUL/DELIVER ALL MATERIALS UNLESS NECESSARY OR AGREED UPON FOR OTHER ARRANGEMENTS.

CONCERNING BEHAVIORAL MATTERS, ALL COMPANY MEMBERS, AFFILIATES & CUSTOMERS & AFFILIATES OF CUSTOMERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL & CONSIDERATE OF ALL PERSONAL AND COMPANY PROPERTIES. 
IF DAMAGES ARE CREATED BY COMPANY TO CUSTOMER PROPERTY, REIMBURSEMENT BY COMPANY OF EQUAL VALUE OF PROPERTY WILL BE REINSTATED TO CUSTOMER IF EXACT PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. 

WE DO NOT EXPECT THE CUSTOMER OR AFFILIATES OF CUSTOMER NOR WILL THE COMPANY TOLERATE ANY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR FROM ANY PARTY INVOLVED AND WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANY RETALIATORY ACTIONS FROM EITHER PARTY. THESE MATTERS ARE TAKEN VERY SERIOUSLY.

IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS WITH PROJECTS/EMPLOYEES, ETC. THE SUPERIORS  OF THE COMPANY MUST BE NOTIFIED AFTER BRIEFLY DISCUSSING WITH PROJECT MANAGER ON SITE. CUSTOMERS MAY ONLY DISCUSS ISSUES WITH PROJECT MANAGERS ON SITE AND THE SUPERIORS OF THE COMPANY. 

BY ALL MEANS AND MORE LLC DOES NOT AND SHALL NOT DISCRIMINATE ON THE BASIS OF RACE, RELIGION, GENDER, GENDER EXPRESSION, AGE, NATIONAL ORIGIN, MARITAL STATUS, DISABILITY, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, OR MILITARY STATUS, IN ANY OF ITS ACTIVITIES OR OPERATIONS IN ANY WAY, AND SHOULD NOT, AND WILL NOT TOLERATE DISCRIMINATION FROM CUSTOMER OR AFFILIATES.
